1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Consider your lifestyle first - what will you be doing during the day - in both your Work and Play? Find an area of the island that is conducive to your activity.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Remember that Buyers now want "move-in-ready" condition. Maui is currently in a "Market Value Market".
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First-time homebuyers, Luxury and Second-home Buyers, Investors, Developers, Move-up and Downsizing Buyers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Helping a Seller make improvements to prepare her property for market, launching the listing and bringing my own Buyer who fell in love with the property ... all parties are so happy - #grateful!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Purchased my first property on my first visit to Maui, then sold it within a week of opening escrow!?! I knew Maui was the place to be!
