Dave was amazing to work with. From the very beginning he explained the entire home selling experience so there were no surprises along the way. He helped us stage our home for the perfect presentation to potential buyers, and his virtual tour technology gave us an edge on other homes listed in the area. While consulting us on what price to list for, as well as working our way through the negotiation process, it was clear he had our best interests at hand, and never pushed us in any direction. I tend to have a lot of questions, Dave was right there with the answer the whole time.
