ZillowVERIFIED Was looking to for a starter home around Redlands and Riverside. He was kind enough to put together a list of houses available in those areas. We talked multiple times through phone calls and emails. He was very knowledgeable in those cities and provided me a list of pros and cons of the cities. He showed me some houses that were in my price range, however some of the houses required extensive work on the inside. Those houses were a no go due to not having enough time to work on the house while working a 9 to 5. Overall really helpful. Even though nothing went through, he was very friendly and non pushy. I will be working with him again when I have more time to look for houses.
