We contacted him in regards to a rental property. We were interested in renting, possibly buying this home - since it was recently listed for sale. We explained to him our situation, in which he responded aEURoe why is that my problemaEUR?. His customer service aEUR~skills are below par. I thought maybe he just didnt want to talk to a woman since he came off this way, but when my father called him things got worse. He is disrespectful and I wouldnt recommend him at all. Especially for a rental property. You want people to rent out your home, not steer clear because of this jerk!

Calling Jeff Carroll from The Clark Team to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. He has a very kind demeanor, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. We always felt like our Realtor Jeff had our best interests in mind and were kept informed about every aspect of the process. When it was time for us to sell our starter home (after 15 years) I contacted Clark Team Realty. I had seen a post on facebook from a friend who used them and was very pleased and I knew they did a lot for the community as well. I called the office and spoke with Andy Clark. He answered all of my questions, was very friendly, laid back and put no pressure on me, but let me know he would love to help us out. Other realtor I spoke with either wanted tons of information or wanted to meet with me in person before answering any questions? The choice was clear.... Andy and Clark Team Realty earned our business. They listed our house on a Thursday, had an open house Saturday and Sunday and by Monday brought us 6 offers. The lowest offer being asking price. We accepted an offer above asking with a quick close that would allow us to secure our new home. Andy was able to work with the buyer when there was an appraisal gap and the deal still went through. The whole process was painless and as stress free as selling a home could be

Dave Clark assisted me in selling my condo. Dave set up photo and page layout of the condo ready to list it. Two days later I wanted to back out of selling. Dave and Andy Clark understood my issue and remove the property from the market. Dave did not charge me for his time and efforts in preparing to list my condo. 1 year later I went back to Andy Clark and Dave to now list my property. They did so and we sold in one week. No, issues at all. I was dealing with them from out of town. Highly recommend Dave and the Clark Team.
