Dave does not push the client to buy when the client is undecided but rather explains all the pros and cons of a home and patiently awaits the client's decision. Review Mr. Buske is a consummate professional who never failed to promptly return our calls, and never hesitated to show us listings we had found using other services such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia. He sent us listings regularly which where in line with the preferences we had provided for him. He worked around our schedule, to the best of his ability, to show us homes. In the purchasing of our home Mr. Buske was very diligent in convincing the seller to accept our offer after initially rejecting it. He worked very fluidly with our mortgage company and the listing agent to allow us to go to closing as quickly as possible. He also has a large moving truck which he provides for his clients to use. If in the future we decide to move I will not hesitate to list my home with Mr. Buske and to have him find our new home.
