Dave Bray

Dave and Kristie Bray are a husband and wife team based in the John L. Scott Monroe office. In 2012, Kristie became a licensed broker and joined her husband Dave who has been in real estate since 1995, to form The Bray Team.

Finding the perfect home for their client is always the top priority for The Bray Team. They both agree that real estate is much more than just a house or a condo, it's finding a place to call home. During their introductory meeting, Dave and Kristie sit down with their new client and begin a thorough discovery to help identify the best financing strategy as well as prepare their clients to be in the best position possible to purchase their new home.

Dave and Kristie both think that the best part about the job is the opportunity to make a client's dream become a reality. They focus on educating clients each step of the way during the buying process. The Bray Team primarily specializes in buying and selling single-family homes, condos, vacant land and acreage in and around Monroe, as well as Duvall, Snohomish, Lake Stevens and Sultan.

In their spare time, Kristie and Dave both love spoiling their grandkids! Kristie enjoys working in her garden and Dave likes to play racquetball and work on their five-acre property.
