ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dave Bowers as our realtor. We were crunched for time to find a house since my husband was starting a new job in the area very soon. And us still living out of state only added to the complexity as we could not visit very often to look at places. Therefore, the few times we could visit had to be packed with the right properties so we could spend our time wisely. I cant say enough about the incredible job Dave did in helping us find and buy the home we were looking for. His dedication, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the entire process was truly outstanding and exactly what we were looking for during a complicated transition. From the moment we met Dave, he exhibited a deep knowledge of the real estate market in the Frederick area and surrounding parts we were exploring and also a keen understanding of our preferences. He went above and beyond to show us properties that perfectly matched our criteria, saving us so much time and effort. And he was fantastic at pointing out pros and cons about a property we might have not thought of. Dave was always accessible and responsive, making us feel like a top priority. What truly set Dave apart was his negotiation skills. He skillfully navigated the complex process of making a competitive offer and securing the best deal for us. There were two competing offers in addition to ours and ours was accepted! His guidance and advice were invaluable, and we felt confident in every decision we made. Daves commitment to his clients is evident in his tireless work ethic and genuine care for their well-being. Thanks to him, we found the perfect home that exceeded our expectations. In short, Dave is an exceptional realtor who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and personable. We are incredibly grateful for his assistance and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a top-notch real estate professional. Thank you, Dave, for making our home buying journey a fantastic experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery good experience working with Dave on our home search. He brings a wealth of local knowledge, acts with a sense of urgency, understands the clients needs and works to find the right property. If you are looking to make a real estate purchase I would recommend calling Dave.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Dave Bowers through a mutual friend. Having been through the house buying experience only once before, we had little experience in the process. We were looking to build or rehab a property. Dave, having years of experience as a builder was able to coach me through all the variables that would go into each potential home we looked at. Because of the sound advice and knowledge he gave us, we were able to find the best solution for our family. The market is nuts right now and has so much competition, but again, Dave was a solid rock to lean on because he was able to position our offers in such a way that always put us at the top of the list. His wisdom and relationships are a huge asset!!We talked to a few lenders over the course of the search and one of them in particular expressed to my wife and I that aEURoeyou are in the best possible hands with DaveaEUR?. I can say with out a doubt and in full confidence, they were absolutely right.Every time I had crazy ideas, he was always there to stop me in my tracks and explain risks, pros, cons of each situation. He really was like a aEURoedadaEUR? in a lot of ways protecting his own.I would never consider another agent in the future. He was absolutely awesome in just about every facet! Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDDave is an exceptional person and real estate agent. I was so lucky to get his name as a recommendation from an acquaintance! Dave's knowledge of the downtown Frederick area is clearly second to none. Not only is Dave full of information, but he is also so friendly and makes himself available at the drop of a hat. I am lucky/ greatful that Dave also has amazing connections and works as a contractor. Within a week of buying my house, I contacted him for a job to fix something in my new home. I couldn't recommend someone higher.

ZillowVERIFIEDDave is extremely professional and knowledgeable not only as a realtor, but also as a former contractor. ZillowVERIFIEDDave knows Real Estate & the local Frederick area. Hes easy to work with and will not sugarcoat anything. He listens and will advise in your best interest. Hes laid back, yet professional. He was the 4th agent I worked with to sell my house and, by far, the best! My nerves were shot, I was tired of everything real estate & he talked me through it. He was very reassuring but practical. Buying or selling....Dave will get the job done.
