Review Dave helped me so much through the ENTIRE house buying process. I was a first time home buyer and had NO idea how the process worked... looking at houses, putting in offers, all the paperwork and stuff that goes with it. He was there through the whole thing. He was always available to talk to and ask questions of and didn't pressure at all. I feel like buying a house is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, I was super overwhelmed at first by the whole process, and Dave made it so managable. At the end of every conversation we had, he would explain to me what to expect to happen next. It took so much anxiety out of the whole process for me. I would absolutely encourage anyone looking for a realtor to go talk to him!! he made a potentially super stressful decision on my life so much easier!!

In terms of selling he had a ton of tips and tricks that other realtors don't have. In terms of purchases he can handle a standard purchase as well as trickier deals like ours with a bank owned/foreclosure. He was always a text or call away which is huge in this business. Review I became acquainted with Dave when I clicked on a button from a real estate listing establishing my interest in a property. Dave contacted me and we had many discussions about particular properties and finally set up a viewing a day or two later from our initial contact. I ended up viewing several different properties with Dave. He was always professional, on time, patient, never pushy about property decisions. Dave never made me feel like I was inclined to purchase a particular property. He never made me feel as if I was wasting his time, although, on more than one occasion I felt that way. Dave's intuitions on certain properties always reflected my interests. He presented me with many appealing options which helped me narrow down exactly what was right for me. I felt Dave negotiated the intricate minutiae of the complexities of real estates transactions expertly and efficiently always providing me with any information I requested. Dave's demeanor was always very amicable, very positive. It seemed to me that Dave also had the foresight to allow clients to formulate their own perceptions and conclusions about the suitability of any viewed property to that persons circumstance. This gave me a strong platform from which to base my own decision making in my final purchase.
