This is the first real estate transaction where we felt confident that our agent was capable of being a strong advocate and negotiator on our behalf. There are a lot of agents out there who are successful when the market is very strong, but when there are challenges with the transaction or the market is changing, you want to make sure that the agent you have has the experience to get through any obstacles. Dave and his team are amazing. Our home was staged, marketed and photographed beautifully and as a result, it sold on our first open house and closed two weeks later. This was not a transaction during the summer when everything was selling, we sold in January when things were showing signs of slowing down a bit. In addition to staging and marketing, Dave gave us recommendations for an awesome cleaning team, window cleaner, painter and handyman and we utilized every one of his recommendations and had amazing service from each one of them. Dave is a kind, family man who cares about his clients. He lives among many of his former clients which says a lot for his work ethic as he has made friends with many of them. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with her twice: first when we purchased our condo in OC, and recently when we decided to sell it. She excels on both sides of the table. Julia is the kind of agent that you will want to establish a lifelong business relationship with. Once you've worked with her, your expectations as either a buyer or seller will no longer be so easily met by other agents. She certainly raises the bar. As your Real Estate Agent, Julia is always on your side, she has the answer to every question, she is very knowledgeable, she makes you feel valued and cared for as a client. She gets to know you, understand you and learn about your needs. As a person, Julia is super kind, funny, energetic and so easy to talk to. When Julia represented us as buyers, she would drive us all over OC to show us all the properties we were interested in. Her advice was always genuine and based on what she knew our needs were. Her patience is endless. In 2010, even though the market was down, it was incredibly competitive to buy a home, because cash buyers were dominating the market. I can't even remember how many offers we had to put before we finally got accepted. At no point did Julia get discouraged or lose her interest in us; she was relentless, until we finally got accepted. Julia even referred us to the broker who approved us for a loan (before that we were unable to find someone who would). And when she represented us as sellers, Julia just went the extra mile at every step of the way. The day we were scheduled for the photographer to come take pictures of our home (which was all taken care of by Julia), we were not quite camera-ready. Without hesitation, Julia grabbed broom, vacuum cleaner and began cleaning with us!!! She then moved the remaining boxes from one corner of the house to another in order to clear out spaces for the shots to come perfect! When we finally opened escrow with our buyer (in less than 3 weeks in the middle of winter!!!!), the buyer's agent proved to be really hard to work with and almost caused the transaction to fall. However, Julia operated her magic and it was thanks to her expertise that we were able to close on time. What else can I say? I could write stories and reasons for you to work with Julia all day. Trust me, you will never regret it.

She was very professional and patient as she guided my husband and me through the whole rental process.
