As a U.S. Army Reserve officer, I value leadership, teamwork, and giving back--principles I carry into both my service and my real estate business. You'll also find me cheering on local sports, exploring Sioux Falls' growing food and brewery scene, and sharing stories through my Dave Knows Homes column.

My wife and I are proud parents, and we love spending time together with our kids--whether it's cheering at local sports games, enjoying the outdoors, or simply being together under one roof when college breaks bring everyone home. After serving in the U.S. Army and continuing in the Army Reserve, I wanted a career where I could still serve others and make an impact in my community. Real estate was a natural fit. I started by helping family and friends, then grew The Dave & Co. Real Estate Team to serve more of the Sioux Empire. For me, it’s always been about helping people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
