We just moved to Utah and bought our first house here. Ryan was a breath of fresh air! Real straight shooter, fair/transparent/upfront about commissions and service provided. Always quick to set up tours and get information the second we expressed interest in a home. He was easy and fun to work with, very flexible as our house search criteria evolved. Lots of local connections whether its contractors or just friends who live in the neighborhood we were looking at!
