Darya explained how selling and purchasing homes is her passion, and whether its a 100,000 house or a 100,000,000 dollar home - she was all for it. Let me just start off by saying our budget was small, and our hopes were high. However, Darya delivered. She worked tirelessly to put us in the best position to have our offer accepted, even though there were several other offers at the time. Thankfully, due to Daryas extensive network, she actually knew the sellers agent, which is undoubtably why our offer was accepted over the others. Once the offer was accepted, the real work came. A prolonged and dragged out closing date, paired with not so professional tactics from the seller made the buying process difficult. She really takes the time to get to know you and the things you want, she is also very quick to talk you out of something that may not be the best fit for you. I can say Darya has your best interest at heart. She really makes this terrifying experience memorable (as it should be). From start to finish this lady knows what she is doing.
