Darya Dwivedi removed ALL of the emotional and mental burdens the process can bring and replaced them with positivity, insight, and the knowledge of someone that has clearly been successful at this for years. When I went on Zillow and was linked up with Darya I was already 2 realtors down. One made every attempt to put me in ANY house and swear that it was perfect for me and my family. Never mind the chalk outlines on the floor, the roaches running up the wall, or the clear drug running operations across the street. Look, dont appease me and dont try to rush my sale by any means necessary. Darya NEVER made me or my wife feel rushed, called out many issues with the homes before we did, and gave honest feedback about any questions we had. aEURoeI'm glad you guys are liking the house but you have said you wanted more living space. Are you sure youre ok with the big bedrooms but just a small living room?aEUR? We were so glad she had gotten to know us because it was easy to get swept up in FINALLY finding a nice looking house that you can overlook some of the requirements you laid out for yourself. Darya was always listening, explaining, and checking to be sure the house we finally got was fit US, not us fitting it. When it came to negotiations, researching the areas for crime, floods, market pricing, and so on she kept true to form. Remained honest, gave insight so we could make a informed decision on our offers to sellers, and truly put us in the driver seat. You can ONLY get all of these qualities from someone that 1) Loves what they do & 2) Truly cares about people. Her personality is outstanding, her patience is second to none, and her knowledge of what she does is incredible.
