ZillowVERIFIEDDarwin was fantastic from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us buy our home. He was at our home inspection review, set up a termite inspection, and sent us the report quickly. When the sellers responded to our repair requests, he walked us through every item, told us honestly where they agreed and where they didn't, and offered his own handyman for the rest. He kept us on track through closing, and then kept helping after we closed. He lined up monthly landscaping, got us video walkthroughs from the sellers, connected us with a pool service, and arranged a contractor to bid on the remaining work. He answered every question quickly, even while we were traveling. We would absolutely use Darwin and his team again and recommend him to anyone buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED This weekend we closed on our forever home and we cant thank the Darwin Wall team enough for their help in this process. Darwin was fun to work with, patient with us, and responsive every step of the way. With this competitive market you need a team behind you that will be available the moment you see what you want and will write up a winning offer on the spot. Darwin impressed us with his knowledge, expertise, and ability to connect with other listing agents to ensure we ultimately got our dream home. Somehow, not only did he find us our dream home but a home that had our dream pool with a swim up bar! In this market our expectations were really hard to meet, and for some, might have been unrealistic. Darwins team made this a possibility for us. Even if he was not available, other agents on his team such as Vanessa and Jake were there for us too. This was very convenient as our personal time was limited because we work full time and are parents to a toddler. We now understand the saying aEURoeReal Estate Never SleepsaEUR?. In this market, once you see the house you want, you have to be ready to go to battle and the Darwin Wall team was there for us every step of the way making the process so smooth and easy my husband and I honestly thought there was more we should have been doing. Even after closing, he has been gone above and beyond with getting us matched up with the right referrals for contractors, cabinet companies, and pool fence companies. He has not only became our go to realtor but a good friend as well. To put a cherry on top, Darwin also helped us sell our previous home in less then a week and got us a $25k over asking price all cash offer. I truly give the Darwin Wall team our highest recommendations to meet all of your real estate needs. We truly couldnt have done it without you guys! If I could rate you guys more stars I would! Thank you! ????

ZillowVERIFIED Paulina!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok where do I beginning. She is soooo amazing. Let start off how professional she is. She is so knowledgeable. She has the brains and beauty. Her gorgeous outfits. How beautiful she is inside and out. We were first home buyers and she walked with us every step of the way. When we were ready to give up she picked us back up. Female to female I had my moments of frustration, giving up on looking, my likes and dislikes and she was there, she was real, honest with me. From the early morning to late night phone calls. She was there. I couldnt of been blessed with any other realtor now who hes turned into friendship/family. You taught us patients, the language of home buying and everything else. Hands down the best!

ZillowVERIFIED He's awesome! We woould go view a property and I'd be in love with it (or thought I was) but waiver on putting an offer on it. He'd share his opinion on waiting versus not waiting and weigh the pros and cons of location or layout, etc, of the home. He never pushed me to go forward with something I wasn't 100% comfortable with, and when I did find the perfect home, he made sure I got it! He is attentive and quick to reply. I definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time using Darwin and again it was top notch. The first time we just bought and this time we sold & bought. Great all around!! The sale went smoothly and he got us a quick closing and he got it sold for more than what we had expected going in! When buying, he was in constant communication and had great feedback on all of the neighborhoods (older community, younger community, schools, etc...) we were interested in and made the experience very easy despite our long list of "must haves". We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional & went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy. When I closed on my home, there were items that the seller took, that I assumed stayed with the property. My realtor took care of them; made sure all was fixed, replaced, & installed. I would highly recommend the Darwin Wall team.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Darwin for all the obvious reasons: experience, responsiveness, negotiation skills, guidance, etc. What stands out the most is the network Darwin has to help us sell our house (from out of town), which makes the process seamless and easy (2 words I don't think I've ever used in describing a real estate transaction). Darwin took care of everything for us and the people he works with all deliver great service. Darwin truly took care of us in this transaction and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED This was a very enjoyable home buying process. We moved to AZ from out of state and Darwin demonstrated a detailed knowledge of many different areas of the valley to include Scottsdale, Arcadia, Ahwatukee and Tempe among others. Attention to detail was impeccable allowing us to view only quality homes that fit our search criteria which saved time in our travel window. Exceptional customer service and response time. An added bonus were the many connections for vendors of various services as we remodeled our home after the purchase and he provided high quality vendors that provided top notch results. Our entire family was impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Lets face it, everyone you know is a realtor. Very few have the longevity and skillset that Darwin and his team have demonstrated. Darwin really made the selling experience for us a lot less stressful than our other attempts to sell. They were able to put a lot of our concerns at ease and the quick reply's to our questions really made the difference. Whether it was 5am or midnight, Darwin answered in under a half hour (most of the time almost instantly) with professionalism and conciseness. Darwin was on time, on point, and extremely nice to work with. I would highly recommend Darwin and his team to anyone looking to sell their place with confidence.
