Some examples - We sold our first listing (a rental property we had) with EXP Realty in just 7 days, over asking price, and closed super quick - that was 2020, before the sudden housing shortage/demand. The virtual tour made all the difference! Darryl worked with us to make sure the house showed well online, in the virtual tour, and in person. He also made sure we really considered every offer we were presented - explaining the pros and cons of each one. Then, he acted as our realtor, when we bought a house with him in 2021. It was another great experience! Due to COVID restrictions, Darryl did several FaceTime viewings with us to find the perfect property.
