ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Darryl and Ashley as Real Estate Agents! They made the entire process of selling my home smooth and stress free. They really compliment each other working together and were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and great at communication. They work together as a great team and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the sale of my house, and truly appreciate all their hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED After youve closed on your house (and my wife and I just did a week ago!) you want to go out and get a beer with Darryl, and thank him for all the hard work and thoughtful effort he puts in. Darryl is an incredible real estate agentaEUR"hes an excellent listener and extremely conscientious. He knows the Tulsa real estate market through his decades of experience. He is a wealth of information for all things Tulsa real estateaEUR"from home insurance, to contractors, to neighborhood insights, to housing trends. Hes helpful and supportive throughout the home buying process. He also has an impressive team who support himaEUR"sending emails, scheduling appointments, and generally helping to guide you through what could easily be the intimidating stages of new home ownership. Darryl and team make it feel like a breeze. Darryl was recommended to us from a friend who bought a home with him a couple of years ago, and we will happily recommend Darryl to any friend of ours (or person on the internet referencing this review ;). Couldnt have better things to say about his integrity and ability. If youre looking to buy a house, talk to Darryl Baskin!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties in the Tulsa area over the years and we havent always had a good experience. However, Darryl and his team at EXP Realty are amazing! Darryl always makes sure you understand every step of buying or selling. He makes sure you are NEVER taken advantage of and is always working in YOUR best interest. He wont push you towards something that is wrong for you or your family- just for the commission. He actually listens to what YOU want and need! Some examples - We sold our first listing (a rental property we had) with EXP Realty in just 7 days, over asking price, and closed super quick - that was 2020, before the sudden housing shortage/demand. The virtual tour made all the difference! Darryl worked with us to make sure the house showed well online, in the virtual tour, and in person. He also made sure we really considered every offer we were presented - explaining the pros and cons of each one. Then, he acted as our realtor, when we bought a house with him in 2021. It was another great experience! Due to COVID restrictions, Darryl did several FaceTime viewings with us to find the perfect property. He was patient with us through the whole crazy aEURoeCan we see this one? will you go now?? It came on the market an hour ago!?!aEUR? process. We are currently getting our former home ready to go to market. I expect another stellar experience since we have decided we wont use anyone else but Darryl and EXP. Darryl and EXP Realty are, hands down, the BEST!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I contact Darryl after having a bad experience with another realtor. We were looking for our first home and were pretty discouraged with our first realtor who seemed more like a salesman. Right off the bat, Darryl showed us that he really cared about helping us find a quality home within our budget. He taught us what to look for in electric panels, windows and other important aspects of the home. Once we found the home we loved, Darryl made the closing process so efficient. We have been in our home for a couple months and we couldn't be happier. If we end up buying any other real estate in the future, my fiance and I will absolutely be contacting The Baskin Real Estate Specialists!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first time home sellers unfamiliar with the process. Darryl guided us to a satisfactory outcome with an appropriate combination of knowledge and communication. Never once were we left feeling uncertain about where we stood in the process. We will both recommend Darryl to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED I had heard of Darryl Baskin before through his TV and radio appearances and honestly thought he was too aEURoebig timeaEUR? to provide personal service to me with the moderate size home and investment properties I was dealing with. I just had a modest home and a couple small (bad) investment properties and assumed someone of Darryls level would only be interested in million dollar or more deals. I quickly learned that though Darryl has a full team supporting him mostly behind the scenes, he is indeed a hands-on, knowledgeable, honest, well connected, and extremely hard-working agent. My first experience with him was about 9 or 10 oclock one evening as I was browsing the internet for my options regarding my investment properties. I came across his website and noticed he had a chat feature, so I submitted a question. I got a reply and had a good honest discussion about my options, including many that lets just say a realtor would not profit from. Since I was still skeptical that Darryl would have interest in business my size, I literally questioned the person I was speaking with about how much personal service I would get. To which I received the reply aEURoeThis IS Darryl.aEUR? Later in phone conversations it was clear I was indeed talking to Darryl and he was indeed showing a personal interest in my situation and helping me find solutions. He does have a support team which others may tell you means he isnt really working for you (because I was told that once by another agent), but I can tell you that this team actually helps him be even more available for you on the front lines where it matters most. I dont need him to handle the paperwork, I needed him to focus on marketing, selling, negotiating, and solving problems. I cant say enough about how pleased I am after working with Darryl on finally selling my properties. Ive already recommended him to others and will be his biggest advocate going forward. Thank you Darryl.

ZillowVERIFIED Darryl's experience and expertise helped us navigate through the emotional process of selling our home. I appreciate his efforts to make our experience as painless as possible while his professionalism ensured that our property got the exposure it needed to bring in the buyer. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond his contracted duties to be sure we had all the loose ends tied up. It was always easy to touch base with Darryl, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Darryl and his team assisted with the sell of my house in Oklahoma, while I am living in Arizona and what would have been a stressful situation became a breeze with his team on the job. I would have never been able to complete the sale without the expert on-hand experience of the team. I would hire them again and again. Good work everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second home sale/purchase transaction that we had went through with Darryl's company. In both cases, Darryl and his employees helped us work through the process in an efficient manner. We felt as ease during what without a doubt can be a stressful situation. When we had questions, they had answers/solutions. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable about this market & how to promote your property. Becky was our agent on the buying side, and we can't say enough good things about her! While I hope we don't do this again anytime soon... we WILL be repeat customers. Thanks, Joe

ZillowVERIFIED Fabulous. His entire team were great to work with. Their experience and attention to detail is like none other. We felt like we were making friends who really cared about our needs. Not just another realtor collecting a commission check. It was worth every penny. If you are moving in from another area or making a local move, we highly recommend the Baskins team. They have really "thought of everything."
