ZillowVERIFIEDDarrin did an outstanding job selling my home in Greenwood. He exceeded my expectations by securing a higher sales price than I anticipated, and he did it in a very short time. His expert advice throughout the process made all the difference and truly paid off. I highly recommend Darrin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin was awesome. Very informative, not too pushy. I really appreciated how he handled a very unusual and uncomfortable situation at closing, with just the right amount of sternness and compassion. When he says he is there to support you as your agent, he means it. Very personable and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so thankful to have had Darrin as my realtor. I was new to the home-searching and -buying process, and Darrin happened to be the person who met me at the first property I requested to see via Trulia. Right off the bat he pointed out reasons why I probably wouldn't want that house, and reasons why it would be hard to re-sell; he didn't know me, but immediately he was on my side, thinking both about my needs in a house and about future resale value. He always talked very openly and frankly about the merits and faults of each house we visited. Darrin helped me find a house that is absolutely perfect for me! He is honest and ethical, and I know he worked very hard on my behalf through some difficult conversations with the sellers' agent. He came to the inspection and closing and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He's the best...very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and hard-working. I can't recommend him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin was a great agent to work with. Even though I was not able to secure the property that I viewed, Darrin helped me with my many questions and has continued sending similar properties. His help was greatly appreciated. When I am ready to look again and even sell my current property, I will most likely look to Darrin for that assistance!Thank you Darrin!

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin Galyean is the absolute best broker out there! I too am a broker however I don't actively practice anymore so I know how difficult his job is. He is ethical, hard working, honest, and is always available to answer any questions. He got my home sold quickly in a very complex situation. He is there to protect your interests and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I didn't know him before I listed with him so I was very fortunate to find the best. I would recommend him to anyone out there. I am willing and happy to speak with any potential clients about why he is the best. He is always available and calls back immediately when you leave a message. Definitely will use him in future and recommend him to anyone I encounter.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience! Sold our home quickly and found another within 3 weeks. We had a very small home to sell and were very afraid it wouldn't sell. We took, what we felt, to be a fair price on it. Darrin also represented us in buying a home after we sold our first. The family that bought our home wanted to move in exceptionally fast, so we didn't have much time to find something else. Thanks to him and Ruthanne, we did and we love it! We may move in the near future and I wouldn't go through anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin is very dedicated to helping his customers??. Even when my husband and I couldn't agree, he would give the pros and the cons to both of us staying neutral making us make the decision. He is very dependable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I definitely recommend him because he's a family man that cares??

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't have picked a better agent than Darrin. He is experienced, & really knows his stuff. He stayed completely honest with us during the entire process of helping us find the perfect home. At no point did we feel pushed toward any specific home, nor did we feel rushed into buying too soon. If he saw an issue in or around a home, he told us, If the price seemed too high or was priced lower than comparable homes, he told us. However, at the end of the day, he respected our decisions & vision. His responses are prompt & detailed. He is professional yet personable, & we've really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Darrin Galyean helped us find our Daughter a home, many years ago and after that we were hooked on him. He found the exact home we described, and a better price than we had hoped for. Since that time he has sold our 1st home putting us into a position to be able to purchase our Dream home on a Lake with everything we had hoped for at our Dream price, All three of my sons have used Darrin to sell and purchase homes, they have all been equally pleased. We recommend him to all our friends, for buying or selling.
