ZillowVERIFIED Darren is an example of a rare professional who goes above and beyond what is expected of him in his role as the Buyer's (or Seller's) Agent. He is a sharp realtor with a wealth of experience which translates into a major advantage for his client. In my case, he is both my Buyer's agent for a single-family home and my Seller's agent for a co-op in a 55+community. I was so fortunate to have found him, so I decided to hire him to handle both transactions. I tell him over and over again, "I don't know what I'd do without you!" Other agents with whom I've dealt over the years (it's 42 years that I'm dealing with realtors) try to wiggle out of their responsibilities. Darren is just the opposite; he volunteers to assist with matters that aren't at all his job to perform, because he takes great pride in providing excellence. Hire Darren Tietsworth ! You'll never regret it !

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Darren Tietsworth for my recent home sale in Lavallette and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the moment I met Darren, I knew I was in capable hands. Throughout the entire process, Darren maintained clear and open communication. He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, making me feel supported and confident throughout the entire sale process. I have done numerous real estate transactions over the years and this one was the smoothest and most seamless due in large part to Darrens dedication and professionalism. ZillowVERIFIED Darren was with us from the very beginning of our home search. With his vast knowledge of the area of Toms River he guided us thru many listings and helped us find our forever home. Being from California, Darren would send us listings for us to review online for months until we finally made a trip to NJ. When we gave him a list of 8 homes that we wanted to see in one day, he made it possible. Thru the whole process of buying a home Darren made us feel at ease. Even after the closing Darren is still there when we need him.

ZillowVERIFIED The best decision we made in selling our home was choosing Darren as our agent. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. His knowledge and guidance were invaluable during this milestone experience. He provided us with meaningful comparison properties and assisted us in choosing the price point for our sale. He informed us step by step in what to expect through the selling process. Most of all, he really listened to us in addressing our concerns and needs. We highly recommend Darren as an agent and would surely use him again without hesitation, if needed. He made our experience less stressful and more profitable than we expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren is an amazing real estate agent. He helped me find a great tenant for my rental property in the past and most recently helped me find a cash buyer (in days and over the listing price) for that same property in Cranford, NJ. Darren was always available to answer any question I had (day or night) and responded almost immediately to any concern I had. He even made a small last minute repair to my condo to make sure there wasn't any problem getting my Certificate of Continued Occupancy. I've never had a real estate agent go that extra mile for me. He's a genuine, very kind person, but also very sharp. He catches any oversight during a real estate transaction and knows the right legal minds to consult with to make sure you get the best terms and payoff for your property. During my sale, the buyer's agent made a few mistakes, but Darren was on top of it straight away. I think most of all Darren has a gift for talking to people and making deals and that's a rare gift. So, if you're looking for a seasoned pro who's gonna find you a great buyer or find you a great home, then reach out to Darren Tietsworth. Thank you Darren!!! - Jim

ZillowVERIFIED Darren handled the purchase and sale of an investment property I flipped in Toms River. Being that he is a real estate investor as well as a real estate agent he had better insight than any other agent I have dealt with. He will be handling the purchase and sale of all my investment properties in the future.

He enabled the sale to move along without my presence which was great since I am 90 minutes from the property.
