We had a great experience working with David on our home purchase in Grayhawk. He really knows the Grayhawk community and Scottsdale real estate market, which made a big difference. He made the whole process easy, connected us with a great inspector, and stayed on top of everything. He also handled details like FIRPTA and did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout. Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable in Grayhawk. Highly recommend him if youre buying a home in Grayhawk or North Scottsdale. Seriously, couldnt have done it without him.
