Within three (3) days of listing my home, I had sixteen (16) showings and two (2) offers. Darren worked with me every step of the way to investigate, study, and decide which company would be good to use to complete some structural repairs that were needed. The satisfactory resolution of the issues resulted in an inspector saying the repairs were completed correctly, a happy buyer, and a happy seller of the property. Darren used his real estate experience and was proficient with computer skills to make information about the property available to other realtors who could then share the information with their clients. Darren provided very good suggestions and advice while, at the same time, letting me make decisions. Darrens service was provided in 2021 and 2022. His communication skills were very good.
