She was incredibly responsive to my inquiries, but she also knew when to take initiative without my micromanaging. She was incredibly knowledgeable about local market conditions and servicers. My only regret with the sale of my home is not taking her advice about obtaining a particular pre-sale inspection that was clearly wise in hindsight. She knew better than I did! She was always available when I needed her but never intrusive. I took every bit of advice she provided me (minus that pre-sale inspection I mentionedaEUR"which I should have), and the home got multiple offers within days. We closed within just a couple short weeks of listing! She was patient with me through every step of the process, recognized my concerns as a seller, and did everything possible to facilitate a sale. ZillowVERIFIED I placed my home for sale with another realtor at the top of the selling market and was told it would probably be sold in 2-3 days. After 30 days I choose to find another agent and was referred to Darren. He gave me some great ideas for staging the home better and within 54 hours we had a buyer. Unfortunately that deal fell through because of an inspection issue and we had to relist the property as buyers were getting harder to find, requesting contingencies and offering less money. Darren got right back to work and within a week we had a buyer above our asking price. Great customer service and response time. One of the biggest differences we noticed immediately after Darren was retained was the quality of the photos with the listing were night and day difference. I believe that type of detail is why Darren gets such a fabulous response for his clients.
