ZillowVERIFIED Darren Dowling with Beyond Realty has been wonderful to work with. He was attentive and intuitive to what we were looking for in a new location and type of housing. We are from out of state and Darren's expertise and guidance was just what we needed. He showed us all that Wellen Park has to offer in such a wonderful area-Venice! Our new villa is perfect for our next home with everything we could ask for within a golf cart's drive: dining, shopping, wonderful amenities, continual social activities, Spring Training facility. And the beach is a short drive away. Darren went above and "Beyond Realty" to make sure all of our questions were answered and needs were met! We can't wait to be a Florida resident in an amazing community-Thank you Darren!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so very grateful that my San Francisco Realtor strongly recommended Darren Dowling ( of Beyond Realty ) to handle the sale of my Bradenton, FL condominium. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Darren who is very personable and so knowledgeable about the Florida real estate market. Darren placed my condo on the market in mid-June; it sold and closed today just 8 weeks later in a very competitive environment. Darren made the entire process stress free, especially since I live on the West Coast. Thank you Darren and Beyond Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Dowling did an exceptional job. I have worked with several real estate agents as both a buyer and seller, and Wendy's expertise and execution were by far the best. She was incredibly responsive to my inquiries, but she also knew when to take initiative without my micromanaging. She was incredibly knowledgeable about local market conditions and servicers. My only regret with the sale of my home is not taking her advice about obtaining a particular pre-sale inspection that was clearly wise in hindsight. She knew better than I did! She was always available when I needed her but never intrusive. I took every bit of advice she provided me (minus that pre-sale inspection I mentionedaEUR"which I should have), and the home got multiple offers within days. We closed within just a couple short weeks of listing! She was patient with me through every step of the process, recognized my concerns as a seller, and did everything possible to facilitate a sale. Seriously, I cannot overstate how please I am with the way things turned out.

ZillowVERIFIED Very communicative and makes the experience of buying a new home very exciting and easy. She makes sure to ask all the right questions to help you find the home that fits for you and your family . our first realtor was making us do all the work, when we started to work with Dorika, she made sure to ask us exactly what we were looking for, and she would send us daily lists of what we wanted .

ZillowVERIFIED I placed my home for sale with another realtor at the top of the selling market and was told it would probably be sold in 2-3 days. After 30 days I choose to find another agent and was referred to Darren. He gave me some great ideas for staging the home better and within 54 hours we had a buyer. Unfortunately that deal fell through because of an inspection issue and we had to relist the property as buyers were getting harder to find, requesting contingencies and offering less money. Darren got right back to work and within a week we had a buyer above our asking price. Great customer service and response time. One of the biggest differences we noticed immediately after Darren was retained was the quality of the photos with the listing were night and day difference. I believe that type of detail is why Darren gets such a fabulous response for his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED We enjoyed working with Darren and Wendy for the 2nd time! Darren worked with us previously as a buyer's agent and then assisted with the selling of this 3 1/2 - 4 years later. Darren took the time to meet with us and listened to our requests when selling our home. He took that information to heart and provided great comparisons when discussing the listing price of our home. We had just finished remodeling 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and we wanted to make sure we received top dollar for our home. Darren and Wendy made this happen! The marketing services are phenomenal! The photographer that Darren uses is exceptional. The home photos taken, blew us away when we saw the images and this service alone is well worth the money!Darren and Wendy are extremely professional and very understanding. They stayed in contact with us regularly. We loved the fact that the they took the time to send a quick message explaining they were unavailable and would give us a call back by a certain time . The best part is they followed through on this commitment!I would highly recommend Darren and his team for all of your real estate needs! They are professional, have great attention to detail, and offer a highly impressive service!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Darren 'blind' from agents selling in our complex. Good choice! He was very responsive to all phone calls, and got on with the paperwork in short order. He had comps reviewed and printed up and bound in less than 24h. Everything was kept to schedule. His photographer was excellent also, with super photos and video.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren had taken over our listing after not seeing much action with our original listing agent. Within a month we were under contract. Unfortunately, the world was struck with a pandemic and our buyers lost their financing. Without missing a beat, Darren re-listed our home and took advantage of the market. Within the next few weeks, we were yet again under contract for an even better price. You wont find a more attentive and responsive agent. He was able to answer all of our questions and help guide us through the real estate market in the midst of a pandemic.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Darren Dowling. We entered the market selling our house when it was just turning from a seller's market into a buyer's market. Lots of new house inventory hit as we got on the market (with their own price wars). Darren helped us strategize and really focus on what would make a difference to attract the right buyers for our house. He spent countless hours above and beyond trying to thread the needle to get us qualified buyers and offers in a difficult market. Darren is a very savvy and professional agent and I'm glad he was the listing agent that sold our house.
