ZillowVERIFIED Darren was our real estate agent when we purchased our first home and also our agent when we sold our home years later. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and available for questions/concerns that come up during buying and selling, and tough/unpredictable markets. Darren also gave great insights on what to expect for possible repairs, inspections, and was always spot-on with what would be the results. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren is an awesome realtor, and will help you find a home easily! Our house was on the market for less then 2 weeks and had multiple offers. Unfortuately due to Covid-19, the apraisal took longer then expected but none of that was on his part, just the lender for our buyer. We were easily able to reach out at any time, call or text, to get updates while selling the house :)

ZillowVERIFIED Darren was quick to respond when we started the process of both selling our home and buying a new home. The knowledge and advice he gave for the selling of our home helped us get it sold even during the COVID crisis. He was always willing to help answer questions and if he didn't know the answer, he had someone he could direct us to right then and there to answer the question. Darren made this ride much smoother than the experiences I've had in the past.

ZillowVERIFIED Darren was overall, hands down is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. His schedule was flexible and he was always ready to show us a house when we requested. He does his homework and provides the most current information on the house so you know you are not wasting your time looking at a house that is under "active option." The market was incredibly HOT when we were looking (Feb 16 - Apr 16). We would see a house and it would go under AO the same day at times. He was a quick mover and provided us with excellent "Comps" while viewing homes and if we wanted to make an offer, the contract would be sent over within hours after viewing the home. When it comes to the process, Darren is quite knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer, he knew where to find it or would direct us to someone could provide it. His response to text messages or/and emails were impeccable. Really quick and easy to talk to. He has a laid-back nature, but is 110% professional. If we ever have to sell our house or buy a 2nd home, I have this guy on speed dial!! Tell him Jaime G. referred you. CHEERS!!

ZillowVERIFIED He was a joy in the process of getting a home. As a realtor he showed exceptional skill; as a realtor with the added knowledge necessary for VA loans, SAH procedures, and ADA requirements, he is a rare source of great information. He is prior military; he displayed an excellent work ethic and his attention to detail has no rival. I am a Army veteran with over 20 years of service. I DO NOT take professionalism lightly and nor does Mr Cormier. I will keep in touch with him and recommend him if I have the chance.

We found the right place within two days with Darren. No matter what time of day, he will meet you to show you homes. He is very knowledgeable about different areas in San Antonio and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of real estate, not to mention entirely flexible to meet anyone's schedule.
