DJ is an excellent agent who I would definitely use in the future. He was very responsive and extremely prompt. Great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone! His estimate was given in a book that included reasons for listing at the price he recommended. The price seemed very appropriate and we were able to negotiate some things in my favor beyond the price. He also knows the area well and seems to have many contacts that provided people interested in the house quickly.
