ZillowVERIFIED Darrell was in it for a long haul with us and probably showed us 100 houses before we came upon our home. With our busy schedule he would set up several houses for us to check out any time we had a chance to.

ZillowVERIFIED He was a great resource and worked hard for my daughter and I. Would recommend him in a heart beat. In a tough market with housing going fast he worked just as fast to get us in to see homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrell gave us a lot of good advice about how to prepare our home for the open house. The photographer he brought did a great job. We had an offer the next day, and an accepted offer within the week.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrell did a great job with us purchasing our home. He was a very kind professional that met our needs in every way with this purchase. Because of his advice and leadership, we were able to negotiate and win the bidding war on our home. He does his job well and knows the technical aspects of todays real estate market and todays electronic transactions. It was a pleasure dealing with Darrell as he was very respectful and positive thru the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Darrell Blausey is an amazing agent to have. I have been looking for a house for 2 years and have had issues with past agents not staying in contact and not helping search for the right home for me. As soon as I got in contact with Darrell he asked what I wanted in a house and he delivered. We probably walked through 6-8 houses and found a great house and he made the entire process simple.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a amazing experience with Darrell. Our family was moving from across country so you would assume the process in purchasing a home would be somewhat more difficult. That was not the case with Darrell. Not only did he show us homes fit for our family but he was able to close us on our first offer! Thanks Darrell for the absolutely amazing service!

ZillowVERIFIED Darrell was beyond helpful throughout the entire house/duplex hunting process. He was always just a phone call away and if he didnt answer would quickly return the call. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to negotiating the deals and what to expect and prepare for with inspections and appraisals and he even went the extra mile for me during the appraisal process and lent a helping hand with some of the necessary repairs needed to close on my property. I am grateful to have found a great realtor thats willing to go the extra mile for his clients. He will definitely be my go to realtor for future investments and I will refer all of my friends and family to him as well.

ZillowVERIFIED darrell sold my home in toledo ohio even with me living way out in Las Vegas, NV. He kept in contact with every step. It's a short sale, so he had to deal with alot of my mortgage issues and their personnel. It was a long process but he maid it much easier than it would have been.
