My husband and I used Darlene to sell our house and buy another. I'm a real estate paralegal and work with many agents but hands down, she is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was professional and yet down to earth, honest and knowledgable, and she was always very accommodating. We were on the fence about selling our home because we knew the buy/sale process was not going to be easy and when you throw 2 young children into the mix it gets even more complicated. However with her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills, we received multiple offers and were under contract within 1 week of going to market. She was respectful of our family time and was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. We ended up closing in 42 days! On our buy, she was equally as accommodating if not more so. She spent countless hours showing us homes and when we finally found our forever home, she used her expert negotiating skills to close the deal. There were multiple offers but her easy to talk to nature and quick response time helped us win over the sellers. She made herself available for all the inspections, appraisal, and final walk through. We now have a wonderful home with everything we told her we were looking for and more, to enjoy with our family for a very long time. I can't say enough good things about her. Darlene listed our family member's home in October 2017. She hosted one open house with an overwhelming number of interested people attending. Even when prospective buyers arrived late to the open house, Darlene did not turn them away and she stayed until everyone had a tour and all of their questions were answered. We had a few offers and having no real estate experience ourselves, Darlene thoroughly reviewed each offer with us, explained the next steps once we settled on a buyer, answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, organized, and professional, and I would definitely recommend her to future buyers/sellers.
