ZillowVERIFIEDDarlene worked with me to sell a piece of land in Gatlinburg. She was extremely helpful and thorough. Her knowledge and insight made what was arguably a stressful process feel much easier. She was also able to locate a buyer extremely quickly, pretty much same day! Overall, I found her and her team very professional and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!

ZillowVERIFIED The Derosia team was very helpful and guided us every step of the process. Don't think we could have done it without them! My wife and I had always talked about owning a condo to rent and now our dream has come true. We are very thankful that Darlene and her team were there for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a Cabin in Gatlinburg with the help of The Derosia Team and I can wholeheartedly say that they were all absolutely brilliant! I live abroad and I really needed to feel comfortable with the people I was dealing with. It was quickly apparent that I was dealing with an honest and trustworthy family. During the entire process I was treated with the patience and helpfulness that only honest people, who truly care, can provide. Due to COVID I was unable to travel to oversee the process and I was astonished how efficiently and transparent every step and detail were carried out. Not only was the process of buying the property easy but the follow up calls and questions I had and still have are all being dealt with in the manner that I have come to expect from all of the lovely Derosia Team. Many thanks to each and every one of you once again.

We had a great experience. They had 9 offers on our property in 2 days and we ended up getting more than asking price. My only complaint would be that you deal with a different person on their team on each step throughout the process but Darlene was always responsive in taking my calls and would get the answer to my questions if she did not know it.

ZillowVERIFIED The Derosia team was very professional, any time I needed a question answered about the progress of my house being built , they called me back promptly, and I asked a lot of questions. Phil was always available to me day and night if I had any concerns at all. The Derosia team always made sure my paperwork was submitted on time to the Title company, builder, etc. I cant say enough great things about the Derosia Team, their the best. Gary Rupert

ZillowVERIFIED The best real estate professionals in the area hands down. The Derosia Team went above and beyond to make sure the process not only went smoothly, but also to ensure we were getting the most thorough inspection and price. No other agents weve ever worked with were as professional and helpful in ever way. Dont make the mistake of choosing an agent who puts you on the back burner! The Derosia team puts you first no matter what price range you are working with. I would recommend them to everyone and will only use them for buying and selling in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for expert advice on homes in the Sevier county area Darlene and her team are the go to folks. I live in another state and relied on them every step of the way to help me find the right fit for my smoky mountain cabin. It was a great experience and Ill use them for my future cabins. ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for an investment vacation rental and found a recommendation on Bigger Pockets referencing the Derosia team as a group who understands the area from an investor's point of view. Based on that recommendation I called Darlene and scheduled an appointment. I drove up from out of town and spent the day with Phil LaMonte on her staff. Phil was very knowledgable about the area and what would work well and what would not work so well for an investment property. The day was very educational and at the end of the day we made an offer on a property. I can't wait to use them again!

They are a very professional team with excellent knowledge of the area in terms of real estate and the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg tourism industry overall. ZillowVERIFIED We chose Darlene and the Derosia Team because (1) we like working with locally-based, family-owned businesses, (2) they have years of experience in the Gatlinburg market, and (3) they got great reviews. Darlene immediately understood what we were looking for and gave us great advice. Because they use a team approach, she referred us to Philip. It only took him a couple of visits to find the property we were looking for, and the team was very helpful throughout the process of negotiating and closing our sale. We will definitely return to them when we look for our next East TN property.

Their honesty and ethics are above all!Do not even contemplate going with another realtor. Seriously.

They found us a home that we fell in love with and Darlene was able to get a closing date for both homes on the same day. We would highly recommend The Derosia Team to potential buyers and sellers. The whole team goes above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible.Again very, very satisfied with the process from listing to selling to buying a new home.

Second, thank you for sending us a token of your appreciation (Ferrytale Brownies/Cookies) which we received the other day! What a classy thing to do with your clients! It leaves us with a sense that you truly care about your clients and treat them with respect. I know that I will refer any business your way if I talk with other east Tennessee property owners in the future.Sincerely,Jason Osborne and family

ZillowVERIFIED The entire Derosia Team were extremely gracious and active in helping us with the sale of our two (2) cabins this Fall. The first sales contract came within three (3) days of signing our sales agreement and the 2nd sales contract on our second cabin came approx. 30 days later, unbelievable! Most importantly, the follow up and diligence of Michaellien (part of their inside office team) was outstanding. She was extremely proficient in her paperwork follow up and details in the handling of both contracts and closings. No question we will use this group the next time we elect to sell more property in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with the Derosia Team was amazing! As first time home buyers, we didn't have a clue where to start. Their team really listened when we described our dream home. They carefully considered our specific needs in a home for our family. Phil showed us countless properties (some more than once). He was so patient with us. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying. Darlene was amazing with all the paperwork and "red tape". I can't say enough about how outstanding this team is. Their dedication to the real estate industry is what makes them the best realtors in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED After a few mistakes on my part in finding the right real estate agent in this fast paced Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area the Derosia Team for me was a blessing. This is truly a great family team to work with. Their professional work ethics made my cabin sale a smooth and painless transaction. It sure was nice to always have someone on the team answer my call the first time and every time I called them. Leaving messages and talking to machines with other agents in this area was agervating to me, but not here !Thank you Derosia Family !

ZillowVERIFIED We had been thinking of getting property in the Smokey's for years and this March showed up at the Derosia's office to talk about it. The whole team was very helpful with Jodi assisting with the first search and Phil then refining and narrowing the list. With Phil's help, we made an offer on our third day of looking and then had it accepted. Phil's advise and general knowledge of the area and the market in particular was invaluable. The closing went smoothly with Darlene's help and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

ZillowVERIFIED "We build lifelong relationship" were some of the words that came first to Phil Derosia on our first cabin tour. Anyone can sell real estate in the beautiful Smoky's, but no one does it like the Derosia Team. They consistently make recommendations that prove that they understand that they are in the people business - and real estate is their tool. I can't imagine making an investment like this without them or their local resources.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Phil and Darlene. Their local knowledge was priceless to me as I do not live in the area. Phil took me out three times to view properties and we saw approx. 30-40 homes before I narrowed it down. Each time, Phil made sure we had a full day and that it was properties that I would be interested in, with relation to my taste and expectations. Phil would walk around the houses and try to spot any issues that might result in a bad home inspection. He tried to mention issues that might arise with a home, such as water issues in the area, or HOA bylaws that were unusual. I felt fully informed and taken care of throughout this process. I was looking for a rental property and not only did I find several I was interested in, and purchased one, but he also was able to give me vendor contacts for every type of service I would need. Phil and Darlene have been amazing and encouraging throughout this process and feel more like friends than realtors now. Can't beat that. Thank you guys!
