We listed our house with Darleen Lannon in mid November. We chose Darleen because she is the top broker in the South Shore and she didn't disappoint. Darleen sold the house in less than two weeks and proceeded to address everything that came up before the close. We left the country before the close happened but knew the house was in great hands. She visited the house before and after several snowstorms and took care of the plows, the pipes and everything in between. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
