ZillowVERIFIEDI would definitely recommend Darius he was very knowledgeable with the houses I was interested in looking at wasn't all about making a sale ex. A house I was looking at had roof issues he told me about it an, how long it would be before I needed to replace it. Darius has compassion and care in the work that he do. Thanks Darius for helping a single mother find the house if her dreams

ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a bigger home had been dream of ours for quite some time. We were able to make that happen with the 2000k renovation loan. Darius was patient and there every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Darius was great. He is very knowledgeable about first time home buyer programs, ranging from aid offered by the city to different mortgage products. Darius is very personable, which was very important to me as a first time home buyer with no prior knowledge of the home buying process. Darius always answered all my questions promptly and was always available when I needed him. He was is very professional and tries to make this process as easy as possible for his clients. With his help, I was able to purchase a very nice home in a short amount of time . I am glad I used Darius as my agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
