ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Darius was very positive in so many ways. I met him unexpectedly when a house in my neighborhood went up for sale, and I wanted to look at it for a possible downsize. He was assigned to show it to me, and we forged an instant friendship, as he was so easy to interact with. I was nowhere near ready to put my house on the market, but he guided me throughout the entire process from start to finish in preparing my house, showing it, selling it, all the while helping me look at dozens of other houses that would be a possible downsize for me (it was a process for someone who had been in the same house for 18 years raising 3 children and now empty nesting!) He had quite the challenge with me, but he rose to the challenge above and beyond and was absolutely the most thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process! When he didn?t have an immediate answer for a question, he knew where to seek the answer and always got back to me in the most prompt manner. He was an absolute delight to work with, extremely polite and accommodating to all my needs. I felt that he really cared about ?matching? me with a house I was going to be truly happy in, and understood my need to have such an involved search. I recommend him without reservation!

ZillowVERIFIEDDarius is a one in a million person! He is very attentive to detail on every aspect of doing anything. He is the nicest most polite person you will ever meet. His professionalism is of the highest standards. He helped sell our house and buy our next one. We asked him if he could take pictures of us on my phone in front of our new house. Instead he returned the following day with his own professional camera and took multiple shots of us in front of our new house which were very well done! Can?t say enough about this one in a million guy!!!!!!!
