Dario was amazing help during my search! Super knowledgeable and reliable. Cant recommend him enough. He owned the process and kept me in the loop, working to get my deal completed. I cant recommend him enough for anyone who is a first time home buyer or is new to the north central market, he was also very helpful with providing contacts for insurance, title agency and mortgage brokers. His knowledge of the local market helped me find a home for a great price. Hes super personable and easy to talk to, and explained the process from start to finish

Dario was recommended to be by a colleague that was also starting out with real estate investing. Ive worked with multiple other agents in the past, but none really listened to my needs and the type of property I was after. He went above and beyond to help look at properties when I couldnt as I was purchasing out of town, and always provided sound advice and knew a lot about the area. Will definitely continue working with him on future deals!

Working with Dario was an exceptional experience. I bought an investment property with him representing. I was able to get this property below market price thanks to his negotiation skills/tactics. He knows the Sandusky area very well and was quick to respond to all of my texts and emails. He is very professional and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. I look forward to working with him on all of my future personal and investment property transactions.
