I had an excellent experience retaining Darin Rich to sell the house in Montgomery County where my parents lived for over 30 years before their deaths. I would recommend him without hesitation. I initially interviewed Darin principally as a courtesy to a sibling who has known him for decades. But I was highly impressed at our initial interview by his willingness to work within the constraints imposed by me and my siblings, rather than attempting to sell me on his vision of marketing the property.
