We found them because most of the Zillow posts we looked at were theirs. They have broad presence in the market. Also, I would like to say that we just really liked them personally and that made it pleasant to work with them.We ended up buying new construction so I cannot rate negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED Darin gets the job done! We had difficulty advertising our home through another reputable company when the market was slow in winter season. A neighbor of ours that had been in a similar boat switched over to Rebate State and got their home sold. I decided to give Rebate State a try, too. We love Darin, because he works hard and gets the job done. He recommended a few repairs without being at all pushy. We started getting showings in just a few days, many of them, and got a few offers. Darin was available during the whole process and showed that he cared. He took our interests into consideration, not his own. If I had to sell a home again, I would go through him, eyes closed. Selling a home can be a pretty nerve-wrecking experience but Darin will spare you the heartache!
