We selected Darin as the agent to help us sell our home based solely on the very positive reviews he had previously received. Once we contacted him he responded quickly and helped get the process started. Since we needed to both buy a home in another state and to sell our present home, he advised that we buy first, and he found a highly qualified agent to help us do that. He also connected us with a banker to obtain a short term loan in order to make the purchase. That banker and his bank served us extremely well and guided us through what was for us a complicated process. With all the professional assistance, we were quickly able to sign a contract on our next home.We were buying and selling in order to make a long distance move. Once again, Darin suggested a local moving company with which we were not familiar. That company was fantastic and helped tremendously to assist us through, what was for us, an overwhelming process.When it was time to sell Darin advised us how to present the house, arranged for a photographer, prepared the listing and, in short, took care of the multitude of details and led us through what was for us an unfamiliar, demanding, and stress filled process. Fortunately the house sold quickly and once again Darin led us through the unfamiliar process of accepting a bid and moving to a successful closing.As we look back the entire process of buying one home, selling another, and making a long-distance move, all in about 2 months, is a bit of a blur and we are thankful for the professional assistance from Darin and from the others that he recommended.

Darin was wonderful. We had two contracts on our property before it was listed. Both contracts were at a substantial amount above the price we were planning to list it for. I can't say enough great things about Darin. His knowledge of the Blacksburg/Roanoke area is amazingly deep. I don't think there were any questions about various neighborhoods that he couldn't answer right off the top of his head. When we started the closing process, he was able to help us contract an amazingly thorough home inspection in less than a week. Additionally, Darin has lots of home construction experience himself, so he was always able to point out things to watch out for during home walkthroughs. When it came to responsiveness, we could always count on an email reply the same day or first thing next morning. However competitive the home market gets, you can trust that Darin is going to be as fast or faster than anyone else out there. We toured a couple homes the same day they came on market.
