Dareika sold my son and daughter-in-law's home in one day in a down market. I interviewed her initially because my son was busy teaching and coaching. It was obvious to me from the beginning that Dareika was an experienced professional and an exceptionally hard worker. She answered every question clearly, concisely and candidly. I liked her style and had confidence that she could do the job. Obviously, she could and did.

Dareika was truthful on what she thought the house should go for initially with my description and said we'd she where that lead. I did look at a couple of other realtors and just liked her attitude and knowledge. She powered through in field calls, 54 showings in one day and worked until after midnight to compiled the offers so they were ready for my review the next morning. Thank you Darika.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldnt be happier with the way Dareika handled the sale of my house! She was very informative and professional. She answered all the questions I had at the beginning and during the process. I feel like she did a great job of promoting the property and getting it out to where it would get the most views!

ZillowVERIFIED We had some major hiccups that were out of Dareikas control. However, she was very professional and helped us finally get the house sold. She treats you like youre her only client. She is very responsive and readily answers any questions. We will definitely recommend her to anyone. I would say we would use her again, but were staying in this house until death do we part!

ZillowVERIFIED Hello my name is Dave Ortega. My experience with Dareika Morrison was a real eye opener. I had tried to sell my house about 4 times in the last 6 years but did not have any success. My last attempt at selling lasted for 4 months prior to having been contacted by Dareika. I had almost had the house sold but 2 days before closing the buyer backed out of the contract. I was trying to sell it for $112,000 and in those 4 months I only had that one buyer and the most he would offer was $109,000. Thank goodness he backed out of the contract because I would have lost money on the sale. The day the listing expired I received a call from Dareika and she talked me into giving her a chance at 1-2 months at a time so I agreed. She asked me to let her see the property and she took on the challenge. Within 6 days of listing it she 2 competing bids and after listing it for $112,000 she was able to sell the house for $115,000. I would recommend her in a heart beat. She knows her craft and I believe will work hard at doing the best she can for whoever hires her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dareika was very organized, professional, and honest with the pro's and con's of selling. She was an expert in the knowledge of short sales and worked very hard through my uncertain times and transition to another state. If she did not know something she would research it and get back with me promptly. I would recommend her to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I Highly recommend Dareika Morrision to sell your home. Our home was on the market approximately 2 years before we signed with her. She sold our house within about 8 months. She worked hard before we signed with her (she was relentless, in a good way) and then during the process and all the way to closing. She has high integrity and she brought back the faith I lost in realtors. HIre Mrs. Morrison, you won't regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED I had filed for bankruptcy and my house was tied up with it until I decided I really should sell my home to free up my debt. When everyone let me down to resolve selling my home she was very positive and had a lot of knowledge dealing with shore sales and excellent communication skills dealing with the bank toget the house sold very quick.

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought and sold several homes, but Dareika was by far the best realtor I have ever encountered. She knew what was going on at all times, pushed the closer and banks to be on-time without losing her cool or demeanor. If you are looking for someone to assist you, then she is definitely the person I would put my trust in. If I could choose a realtor in the future, I would definitely select her.
