ZillowVERIFIED I hired Darcy to help me find tenants for my condo in Somerville, MA, at the end of 2020. I had never had a problem finding great tenants, but my last one moved out during COVID and suddenly no one wanted to live in Somerville and I was out several months rent. Not to mention the building was undergoing extensive renovations at the time -- new windows, new siding, new skylights, new roof, new front porch -- and looked like a living nightmare! I met Darcy in a networking group and she immediately jumped in to help me. She took over the listing, suggested simple improvements I could make to the condo, screened applicants, busted her butt to get people in the door, and reported on her progress regularly. When she finally had a good candidate, she suggested some creative terms I could offer them to get them to sign the lease...things I hadnt thought of on my own. They signed, and they are fantastic tenants. Also, she sends out really useful tips and info via email and snail mail, and she has a fun social media presence. I usually unsubscribe from marketing content, but hers is so helpful and enlightening that I open it every time. To say Darcy is savvy, persistent, and tenacious, is an understatement. I would hire her again in a minute!

We came in ready to pay asking but she managed to save us almost $50,000 below that. Then she did a fantastic job of working with the bank, the seller and the agent working the short sale getting them all to agree to the below market price and getting the whole thing closed out in just 3 months (which is remarkable for a short sale).She also sold our place within 3 days for above asking price. Well definitely use Darcy again in the future.
