ZillowVERIFIED Darcie's advice from start to finish was stellar. She helped us price the property perfectly - we received 4 offers within 2 weeks of listing and sold above listing. She helped us overcome each hurdle along the way with ease and calm. She negotiated a reduction for inspections well below what it would have cost to perform the repairs. At pre-closing inspection water was found in the basement. Quick on her feet as always, Darcie had her personal plumber assess the situation and allow closing to continue (simply a build up of condensation on pipes that accumulated while the property was vacant). And she showed up at closing for us (while we believed it would be a "closing by mail" and helped us overcome the final glitches around adjustments for remaining oil and propane. Thanks Darcie!!

I must say, I wasn't the easiest client to please, but nonetheless, Darcie pursued and brought me to a bunch of different houses for weeks, and gave me a list of open houses to look at on Sundays. She even went as far as entertaining our 2 year old during private showings, so my husband and I could look around the houses without juggling a toddler (my son still asks for Ms. Darcie, by the way. She can do no wrong.)When we FINALLY decided on a home, Darcie worked her magic and poof! They accepted our offer! I swear, I didn't have a single headache or worry throughout the whole buying process. She had it under control, and kept me in the loop about what was going on the whole time.
