ZillowVERIFIED Darcie was the listing agent for our home which she sold. She was fantastic to deal with as were all the members of her team. Darcie is very knowledgeable about our local market and how to list and present a home. The entire experience, start to finish, was great.

ZillowVERIFIED Darcie has sold two homes for me, one of them very recently. She has helped me realize what I feel is the best sale price from each of the properties. I also feel she respects the buyers as well with their needs in regard to the sales. I would definitely return to her in the future when time comes to sell or buy again. I don't see how any other realtor could do a better job. You'll be very satisfied too.

She helped us move here from out of state and made our transition painless. ZillowVERIFIED I have known Darcie Duncan for several years. She has provided me with vacation rental properties, she has worked as my realtor when I purchased a house in 2014 and she now manages my rental property. Her knowledge of Anna Maria Island is exceptional. She not only knows the history of the area, but she understands the local politics, policies and most important trends and changes that will affect owning property on the island. She is personally involved in the community knowing all the quality subs and vendors. She goes beyond your average realtor understanding that this process is very personal and a huge commitment to the seller/buyer. This is not just a job for Darcie, she is building relationships and friendships.

ZillowVERIFIED Had tried for 3 years to sell my home with one agency and switched to Darcie and she sold my house in 2 1/2 months. Wish I had found her much sooner. She kept me in the loop and informed at all times.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Darcie Duncan and I personally would not use anyone else but Darcie. She is truly an expert on Anna Maria Island and the surrounding areas. My parents used Darcie on their real estate transaction on Anna Maria Island and were very happy. I am an out of state buyer and needed someone that I could totally trust, so I followed my parents recommendation to also use Darcie. My experience was a very good one!! Darcie and her team handled everything for me. I bought my house without seeing it in person, which could have been a disaster, but Darcie took the time to get to know me, what my needs were and what I wanted. Darcie and her team are truly professionals. My experience was great with Darcie!

ZillowVERIFIED After a short visit with Darcie in March 2013, she understood exactly what we were looking for. We then trusted her enough to find us a place and put a contract down "sight unseen." We closed on the home in record time (June), and it was even more than we expected. Darcie did not waste our time. She knew our budget and stayed inside of it. Her familiarity with local inspectors, insurance agents, and service providers (pool, lawn, pest control, air conditioning, utilities, etc.) helped make the purchase and transition to rental property owners seamless.

ZillowVERIFIED Darcie and I have worked on several real estate transactions beginning in 2003. She was the agent for our home we purchased on Anna Maria Island in 2008. Darcie also handled the short sale of our home in Greyhawk Landing. Her firm also managed our island home when we rented it, and is currently doing the same for my sister.Darcie is fair, open and honest. A tough negotiator if the situation demands it. You can not go wrong with Darcie and Duncan Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Darcie is the only agent we would've considered using when we considered purchasing on AMI. She grew up there, knows everyone, and is an expert on the Island. We can't imagine having used anyone else. We have continued our relationship with Darcie and Duncan Realty because they now manage our property rental. So far, we are extremely pleased with their services.
