ZillowVERIFIED Darci went above and beyond in making the sale of the house happen. She kept me informed of things that needed to be done throughout the entire process, and even went as far as helping me get some of them accomplished. I would highly recommend her as your agent, I can not say enough good things about her and about my experience having her as the selling agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Darci was very helpful in finding me my first home for my daughter and I. She was very attentive to all the details of what to look for when buying a house. Darci was very informative about each location she shown me. Her personality is wonderful and really got me that much more into the house buying mood. I really enjoyed working with Darci in finding and purchasing my first home and even though she made it look easy, Darci really went above and beyond with the whole process. So thank you Darci. It was lovely working with you. And you and your family will always be in my prayers.

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved Darci! She was super helpful, answered all of our questions, and handled every step so efficiently. She guided us through the process with her suggestions, but we never felt forced or coerced at any point. She was also understanding and willing to work with our needs. Not to mention, she helped us tour nearly 10 properties over the course of 2-3 weeks before finding our home. I would highly recommend Darci!

ZillowVERIFIED From initial showing through transferring the keys, Darci displayed both excellent customer skills and an intimate knowledge of the real estate business. Darci covered "all the bases" at every step of the way - leaving me with very few questions to ask. Darci was so helpful that I believe that the only way she could have improved the process was to have provided the purchase price herself. This is the fourth property that I've purchased over my lifetime and it was far and away my best experience yet.

ZillowVERIFIED Darci did a great job with the listing to find a buyer. After trying to sell the property for ten years on my own, working with Darci took a few months to finally have a buyer. Darci has a very pleasant and calm personality and did not use any pressure tactics to get the property sold even when there were delays due to the Sanitary Enforcement Officers requests for past documents. Darci worked with the buyers agent to extend the closing date to facilitate the septic inspections. I will definitely work with Darci again when selling my next property.

ZillowVERIFIED Darci helped us secure our dream home in a multiple offer situation. Her expert advice in negotiating skills made our offer the strongest without having to overpay and more importantly I did not have to disappoint my wife and three kids who fell in love with the house and the neighborhood. Darci made the whole process seem way easier than I thought possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Darci was great to work with. We changed directions a couple times and she was so understanding even though she had to recreate the paperwork. This was the first time I?ve ever worked with a realtor and she was so patient in exposing the process to me and answering a plethora of questions. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Darci to buy my house. She was always there for me. We worked together for several months. Anytime I wanted to look at a property she got me in to see the property right away. She was very patient and knew her business. She answered all of our questions and explained the whole process to us. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy a house in the area. If I buy or sell again I will reach out to Darci Wise. Thank you Darci for all your help in finding our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Darci was the best. Me and my wife dealt with a few other realtors that we were very unhappy with until we met Darci. Once meeting her we chose to stick with her through multiple properties until finding our new home. And through the whole closing process she kept us updated with every step. I would recommend Darci to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We will most definitely use her again if we ever buy or sell.
