Darci Margeson

Darci Margeson is a Port St. Lucie Realtor with Southern Key Realty, and clients say the same thing first: she answers. Even when told a text can wait, she replies within minutes. She paused one family's search for eight months while their condo sold, then picked it back up. She helped a Canadian buyer purchase through live video walkthroughs. After two agents failed to sell one home in seven months, she got three offers in three days and closed at full price. She attends inspections, negotiates repairs and closing costs, and still checks in years after closing. Licensed since 2020, she serves every price point across the Treasure Coast: Port St. Lucie, Tradition, St. Lucie West, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City and Hobe Sound.
