ZillowVERIFIED Darby helped me when I was looking to by my condo. We started the bidding process on one condo and ended up loosing it. Darby proceeded to contact the other condo owners to let them know that if they were planning to sell, that she had a buyer ready. From doing that she was able to find me my condo. We got the buying process started and closed shortly afterward. I am grateful that I had her to work with to help me find my home.

She is new to the business and her knowledge of the area is limited. But, she will find out what you need to know so I don't consider it a negative. We did not have an experience where negotiation skills needed to come into play which is why I gave a middle of the road score for this.
