Hands down Daphne Bousquet is the best realtor we have had! We have both rented and owned homes before, and so have worked with a number of realtors over the years. When we moved to Fayetteville, we were fortunate to find Daphne. She first helped us find a rental home on short notice. Then, she helped us transition to our own home. We had a number of conditions both times, as we have a baby and a dog. She carefully considered all our needs, and was very patient as we took our time to choose a home. Daphne also gave all the information we needed beforehand to make our decision. She was very prompt with responding to our questions even during weekends and evenings. She was flexible with her time and worked with our schedule. Also, she negotiated multiple times with the seller regarding price, repairs, and a new roof. Even after we moved in, she made sure we were settling in comfortably, and regularly visited us with gifts for our baby. We are glad that we not only found a good realtor but a good friend here.
