Review Danuta and Artur are amazing. We worked with them to sell our house in Bergen County NJ. From day one, the both of them have been over prepared. I honestly thought she listed the house too high and we will have trouble finding the buyer. However, Danuta proved me wrong! She is extremely experienced and is very confident in her decision. We trusted her and she delivered. The final selling price was over 50,000 than what other agents thought was possible. There were certainly challenges (oil tank removal and other housekeeping issues), but she and Artur was more than helpful every time. Their response time is minutes, even on thanksgiving! They are absolutely the best agents in Bergen County. If you are looking to buy or sell in Bergen County, look no further! Thanks so much, Danuta and Artur!

Review Agency did not show up for two appointments. The first appointment was a no show. Danuta said she did not know Anna, her assistant, had made an appointment to see the condo. OK it happens. I made a second appointment to see the condo directly with Danuta. Danuta was a no show for this second appointment. This one property consumed seven days, five phone calls and two hours of driving. My time was wasted. Appointments made by phone are considered optional by this agency. Confirm all details by email. Save yourself some grief.

She was incredible patient and worked with my husband and I for over a year while we looked in a horrible market for the home perfect for us. We went through two contracts and were under contract with a different home when our dream home came on the market. She worked effortlessly to make sure within hours of the home coming on the market, we got an appointment to see it and then assured me that she would fight to make sure our offer was accepted when there were multiple bidders. She made it happen and we could not be happier. I also appreciate that she is extremely experienced and will give you honest advice and feedback rather than simply trying to make a sale. She knows if something is a bad buy because she knows the market and she will tell you because her main concern is making dreams come true and making sure her clients are happy. My family has used her in the past and I just recommended her to my cousin. No other realtor that I would ever trust and I can't recommend her enough.

When she took the job I noticed right away her professionalism. She had a excellent knowledge of the local market so that her pricing for the house was spot on. We closed within 3 months of putting the house the market. She was also very skilled in helping with all the many legal and social interactions one has to go through to sell a house.
