ZillowVERIFIED When my mother who lived in Kihei died I needed an agent to help me sell her condo. I dont live in Hawaii. The condo was in a good location but the interior was dated. I contacted four realtors to help me sell it. The market was slow at the time. Two said Id never get a good price. One tried to lowball me because he wanted to flip it. I talked to Anthony at Dano Sayles and felt they would work with me. The staff was pleasant and efficient. They actively marketed the condo and we got a few offers. All were way below the asking price. Anthony was convinced we could get what I wanted. After about 6 weeks we received a reliable offer. After a bit of back and forth we settled for almost the asking price. Anthony and the team quickly closed the deal and efficiently handled all the paperwork. I would highly recommend using Dano Salyes if you are selling or buying a home in Maui.
