Danny Ward

Born and raised in Santa Cruz County, I bring deep local knowledge, generations of community roots, and a strategic approach to helping clients navigate one of life's most important financial decisions.

My connection to Santa Cruz County stretches back generations. I am a descendant of one of Soquel's founding families, and Mitchell's Cove on Santa Cruz's Westside bears my family's name. For me, real estate is more than a profession. It is an opportunity to help people become part of the community my family has called home for generations.

Real estate has long been part of my family's story. My grandfather began his career in the 1950s and later founded his own brokerage, building a reputation based on trust, integrity, and lasting relationships. Those same values continue to guide my business today.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than two decades helping build a successful Santa Cruz based company. Through that experience, I developed expertise in sales, negotiation, strategic planning, business development, and relationship building. It continues to shape how I approach real estate and advise my clients.

Whether I am helping a seller maximize value, guiding a buyer through a competitive market, or navigating a complex negotiation, I focus on understanding the bigger picture and helping my clients make informed decisions aligned with their long term goals. I do not rely on pressure or sales tactics. I believe in educating my clients, asking thoughtful questions, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy surfing, mountain biking, running, coaching youth sports, volunteering in the community, and spending time with my family.
