Dan is a straight to guy. After h getting to know Dan more, I felt comfortable selling 3 luxury homes for the price he offered after negotiated asking price. It took two weeks to close this deal and once I did, I felt really comfortable with my decision to have dan become the new owner. Dan simply gave me the opportunity of buy to own.
