We had a unique property that I knew was going to be a headache concerning the right marketing and fighting for the right comps (nothing really to compare it to!). I researched and interviewed realtors for selling this property and it came down to Danny and another. Nervous does not begin to describe how this was from start to finish. We never regretted choosing Danny! The marketing was spot on and he jumped through so many hoops from fighting for the right comps to dealing with everything the buyers threw at us. He was great dealing with my nervous nature and my husband's service related PTSD/anxiety. If you do also choose him, do everything he tells you and your house will hopefully sell in the first weekend just like ours did!

Tammie was a godsend for my mother when she needed to sell. I feel she went above and beyond what was necessary for the sale of this house. She was compassionate and understanding and above all patient with my mother who was reluctant to sell, but clearly needed to. She did everything she could to make my mom feel comfortable with the sale and did her best to make sure that she got the price that she deserved.

How can I protect my home during an open house?

Remove all valuables. store them in a safe/gun safe just for the time being. In many markets right now you will only have the general public through your home for a very short time, sometimes only hours before the property is sold. You may want to be sure to include prescription medicines to be secured somewhere other than the usual places.
