Danny did a video walkthrough pointing out various details we would not have noticed and helped us negotiate a good deal on the property. He made sure that the inspection was done well and assisted us in deciding which details needed to be cared for immediately. He helped us think through rental companies and offered us a list of interior designers, etc. He is a delight to work with. We plan to use his expertise again when we purchase another property in the area which means that highly recommend him.

He never pushed or rushed us into a decision that didn?t feel right and instead listened to our ?wants? and recommended spot-on properties based on our criteria. He was always willing to accommodate our requests for showings (often last minute, since we live out of town) and really looked after our interests at every step of the way. We have flipped numerous properties in the past, but this was going to be our first beach rental property. Danny knew exactly the strategy we needed to use to get the property we wanted without over paying for it. It can be tricky purchasing a property when you live out of state, but Danny and his team really went the extra mile to make sure we made it to the closing table. This was certainly attributed to his excellent communication with us, the sellers agent, and closing company. We are thrilled with our purchase and the service and guidance we received from Danny. He does not leave you hanging at the closing table. He still continues to checks in on us and is there to help guide us with recommendations for contractors, vendors, etc. Danny knows the 30A market well and is looking to build a relationship with his clients.
