From start to finish, Kourtney with the Lavine Team made the experience as a first-time homebuyer such a breeze. I had a lot of questions during the process and Kourtney was patient and always available to give us knowledgable and thorough answers and follow through with anything we needed. Given that this can be a challenging time to purchase a home with the rising prices and interest rates, we were hopeful but also prepared to have to settle for something less than what we wanted. I really wasnt expecting that we would not only find but be able to purchase a home that exceeded the needs and wants for our family. With Kourtneys guidance and suggestions we were able to win the bid on our new home; she worked closely with our Lender and the Escrow company in order to help us close on our home within 30 days. Kourtney went above and beyond to research and answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. Kourtneys communication with us and the teamwork that she established with everyone involved was a 10/10 and I cant say enough about how much I appreciated that and understand how instrumental that was in helping us close. I cannot recommend Kourtney and the Levine Team enough. Thank you for everything!

This husband, wife and daughter powerhouse trilogy are some of the hardest working, honest and professional people I have ever worked with in ANY industry. Danny consistently went above and beyond on all tasks set forth. He was an advisor, an industry expert and most importantly he and his team consistently kept my husband and I informed and apprised of all the important milestones we needed to keep track of. Moving from out of state, Danny was our constant advocate and always ensured we knew of anything important - positive or negative- regarding our new home and the process in general. Karie and Danny Levine sold my home on 6530 West Avenue L7. I was referred to them from a friend who also was very pleased with their services. Their expert advice on the comps in the area and viewing my home explaining to me requirements were very helpful. Danny also assisted me in locating a rental home for my sons as I was leaving out of state. This was a critical need as the rental market is also so hot in the Antelope Valley. Getting my sons situated in a wonderful home above and beyond services. I couldn't thank them enough. Also when I was scammed with a moving company Danny gave me a reference which was very nice. I used their reference for a carpet cleaning company and was so pleased. Karie was extremely helpful with telling me about the showings. I believe it was the 3rd showing I received a full offer and accepted. I had a timeframe of when I was hopeful the closing would occur and that was met as well. I could not have been more happier at this very caring, knowledgable, helpful TEAM!!! Cause they are a true team in every sense. I am very thankful to have had them as my agents representing me. I highly recommend Karie and Danny Levine. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! My wife and I have known Danny and Karie Levine for over 17 years. They originally helped us move into the valley and we were very happy with their work ethic and professionalism. Danny is a very good negotiator and Karie handles most of the logistics and research. They make a great duo. We have bought houses in multiple states over the last 40 years as we moved around the country, but we have never worked with real estate agents like Danny and Karie. We appreciate their insights and experience. They gave us advice on how to buy a home that was in foreclosure knowing that they would not benefit from the sale. They did this because they said it was the right thing to do for my wife and I. Trustworthy comes to mind. My family first worked with Daniel when we were in the market for a new home. He was incredibly easy to contact and always made himself available for important communications. I loved that each time we would look at a potential home, he would point out all the great aspects that were a good fit for my family. Daniel was diligent with getting information or answering any questions that we had during the buying process. When it came time to make an offer, he was incredibly informed on all aspects and strategy to making sure we were getting the best home with the best and most affordable situation for our family. Fast forward two years and life took a turn. We were now selling that same wonderful home we had just purchased with Daniel two years earlier. From an initial request to help with "update" suggestions for improving our chances of a desirable sale to closing day, Daniel was amazing. We had to leave town before our house was sold and he stayed on top of open houses, maintenance/cleaning/lawn care recommendations, and staying in constant touch with updates regarding the sale. When the home went into escrow, he was prompt with communications and requests and any follow-up that was required. We closed in under 30 days and I owe all of our exceptional selling experience to Daniel (and Karie!) I am sad that we are now out-of-state and won't be able to utilize his services for our next home purchase, but will not hesitate to recommend him to any new home buyers and sellers in the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. A++++ service and A++++ quality of customer care.

We were new to the area and Danny and his wife Karie Levine were wonderful to work with. They were able to hone in on our tastes very quickly so by the time we came out for our house hunting trip we were able to successfully find the perfect home and get our offer accepted before we left again. They have lived in the area for quite some time now and are very well familiar with it. You can ask any question about the area or about the house particulars and Danny will have a professional answer. They're very personable and easy to work with!
