Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the sale was handled. Communication was pooraEUR"my questions often went unanswered or took too long to get a response. Too many people were involved, and I kept getting emails from different staff without clear introductions. At our first Zoom meeting, I clearly explained the percentage I wanted to offer to the buyer's agent, but the final agreement had a higher number I didnt catch in time. Danny was also confusing when it came to explaining buyer incentives. We first agreed Id help with closing costs, but that was changedaEUR"without clear explanationaEUR"to a percentage of the proceeds. English isnt my first language, and I trusted him, but I ended up signing something I wasnt fully aware of. That left me feeling misled. Sadly, I can't recommend this team. I expected professionalism and clarity, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

This experience made me truly understand there is a HUGE difference between an experienced SELLER's agent and BUYER's agent - it's so easy to help someone who wants to buy - you have the buyer! In this situation, I had to complete an entire remodel towards the slowing of the market. The prior agent gave me low hopes and prepared me for it to sit. I had received a flyer from Danny and after a sleepless night, decided although I never met him, based on his expertise in the building I was selling in, I called! I was able to retain him and get the unit sold in 1 day after listing without ever having to meet! It was a perfect transaction from beginning to end, and I loved that Danny did not embrace the "slow market" - Danny asserted they could sell in a "summer or winter market" and set realistic expectations as long as I didn't try to sell for more than the market allowed, which was totally reasonable - I still was able to sell for more than expected and couldn't recommend them more highly - thank you for helping to close what had prior been a tenuous situation!
