Joe Kuta did a fantastic job helping us buy our home in Fruita. He was prompt, and thorough through the entire process. Would 100% recommend. He is extremely knowledgeable on the area, and answered every question we had. We were 4+ hours away so the escrow process was done 100% online with docusign. Not a single hiccup through the whole process start to finish. We met at the property a few times before closing and Joe took time to meet us there on short notice which was very much appreciated.

I have worked with Joe a couple of times now. He helped sell my first house and this time, buy a house. Most recently, it was a very long process due to other issues, but Joe kept us informed and did great on negotiations in our favor. He is very friendly and professional.
